As part of their growth, they are seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join the team and play a key role in building and scaling their core platform. This role offers the opportunity to work on products that directly improve the lives of employees and their families, while also collaborating with a talented engineering team in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and services across the stack.

Build robust and reusable UI components using modern React practices (hooks, context, etc.).

Develop APIs and backend services using Node.js frameworks (NestJS, Express, etc.).

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features.

Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.

Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship to junior engineers, and contribute to technical discussions.

Ensure application performance, security, and scalability across environments.

Engage in Agile ceremonies and collaborate on sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.

7+ years of professional experience as a full stack or frontend-focused engineer.

Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript (ES6+).

Hands-on experience with React and modern React patterns (hooks, context, etc.).

Experience with backend frameworks such as Node.js, NestJS, or Express.

bullet icon

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous programming.

Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and data modeling principles.

bullet icon

Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and unit/integration testing frameworks.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
