Luxoft is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Consultant to will join a team of seasoned consultants and contribute to the implementation and support of the EMDM integration project. Candidate will participate in the implementation and support of the application, the installation of new modules and features, and oversee the installation, configuration and, workflow definition and optimization using NeoXam cutting edge data management platform, DataHub.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the NeoXam vendor and stakeholders to support the onboarding and integration of EMDMS Phase-1 deliverables during both testing and production rollout.

Automate static data workflows delivered by the vendor using Control-M, ensuring smooth execution across test and production environments.

Work closely with infrastructure support teams (Linux, Middleware, Control-M, Database) to set up, configure, and maintain NeoXam DataHub environments.

Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues within the NeoXam DataHub cluster, ensuring stability and optimal performance.

Engage with business users to document existing functionalities and automate the regression test pack using the vendor’s regression testing tool.

Execute Control-M batches and regression test packs, raise issues and follow up with vendor on fixes.

Plan and execute production deployments in accordance with bank policies and provide post-go-live support to ensure operational stability.

Complete security assessments and checklists for all newly introduced features, complying with the bank’s standard security and governance processes.

Act as a liaison between business users and the vendor, coordinating issue analysis, debugging, resolution, and deployment of bug fixes.

Skills

Must have

8+ years of working experience.

Proven hands-on experience with NeoXam DataHub (NDH), including modules and workflow configurations

Strong understanding of DataHub Data Model, including Entities, Attributes, Collections & Reference data structures

Demonstrated experience in designing and configuring DataHub workflows and process chains

Ability to design, develop, and customize Data mappings, Data transformations, Validation rules & Business rules

Experience with job scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting within DataHub

Strong understanding of market data concepts, including Prices, interest rates, FX, Yield, curves and volatility surfaces, Corporate actions & Instrument classification

Good knowledge of static and reference data domains, including Security master, Counterparty and issuer data & Benchmarks

Proven experience in integrating NeoXam DataHub with external market data providers, such as Bloomberg (BPIPE, Data License), Refinitiv (DataScope Select, Tick History), Markit, ICE, SIX, or similar providers

Experience integrating NeoXam DataHub with downstream risk systems (Murex, T24, Apex etc.), Upstream market-data feeds, Data lakes & ControlM integration

Knowledge of File-based integration (CSV/XML)

Knowledge of ETL concepts and data pipelines

Ability to analyze data flows between systems

Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux environments and scripting (e.g., Shell)

Ability to work with business stakeholders (Market Data Ops, Risk, Front Office)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good documentation and communication skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

Familiarity with Investment Banking / Treasury static/market data needs

Understanding of Security lifecycle, Trading products (Equities, FI, Derivatives), Risk and valuation inputs
