Own regional Calypso growth: build and progress pipeline; qualify opportunities; shape win themes and value propositions.
Partner with Sales, CSMs, and CPs to drive account strategy, territory plans, opportunity pursuit, and quarterly forecast.
Lead RFx responses (RFI/RFP): solution approach, delivery model, estimation, assumptions/risks, and pricing inputs.
Run client workshops and executive presentations; deliver demos/POCs to validate approach and differentiate offerings.
2) Solutioning & Estimation
Architect Calypso solutions end‑to‑end (front‑to‑back), covering trade capture, pricing/risk, BO/settlement, collateral, limits, reporting, and integration patterns (APIs, messaging, Data Mart/warehouse).
Create right‑sized estimates (effort/cost), delivery timelines, and staffing models; document scope and guardrails.

Support ongoing engagements: unblock delivery teams, arbitrate design choices, handle critical escalations, and ensure on‑time/on‑budget delivery.
Establish delivery governance (status, RAID, KPIs) and align with client stakeholders on scope, milestones, and acceptance.
Promote best practices: performance, reliability, test automation, DevOps, environments, and release management.
4) Practice Leadership, Talent & Collateral
Interview, select, and onboard new Calypso consultants to build AMER delivery strength and coverage.
Develop and maintain practice collateral: reference architectures, solution playbooks, estimation models, SOW templates, delivery accelerators, and re‑usable assets.
Upskill and cross‑train regional teams (brown‑bags, bootcamps, certifications/learning paths), fostering a high‑performance, collaborative culture.
Champion communities of practice and knowledge management to scale expertise across AMER.
5) Alliances & Ecosystem (Nasdaq)
Liaise with Nasdaq alliance teams to nurture and expand collaborative relationships, co‑innovate offerings, and coordinate joint pursuits.
Stay current on Calypso roadmap and adjacent Nasdaq capabilities; translate product direction into client value and practice capabilities.
Coordinate partner enablement (trainings, partner tiers, co‑marketing materials) to drive visibility and trust in the market.
6) Governance, Reporting & Risk Management
Own key practice KPIs (bookings, win rate, utilization, CSAT/NPS, delivery health, hiring velocity).
Provide transparent reporting on pipeline, forecasts, resource plans, and risks to AMER leadership and the Global Calypso Lead.
Ensure compliance with internal standards, security policies, and client/regulatory expectations.
