Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support an SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration, with primary focus on inventory and contracting. The role will partner closely with business stakeholders and the SAP migration team to define requirements, map business processes, and support functional design and implementation.

Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for inventory and contracting workstreams.

Map current-state SAP ECC processes and define future-state S/4HANA processes.

Conduct fit-gap analysis and identify process and functional impacts.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications for SAP configuration and development teams.

Support data mapping, test case development, UAT planning and coordination.

Develop process documentation and end-user training materials.

Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical/functional migration teams.

Mandatory Skills Description

7+ years of Business Analysis experience on SAP programs, with strong functional knowledge of SAP MM/Inventory Management and contracting processes. Proven experience with requirements elicitation, process mapping, fit-gap analysis, functional specifications, data mapping, testing, and UAT. Strong documentation and stakeholder facilitation skills with the ability to translate business requirements into clear deliverables for SAP functional and technical teams.

Direct experience supporting a full-lifecycle SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration is strongly preferred. Experience within large enterprise or healthcare environments, along with knowledge of supply chain, procurement, data migration, organizational change, and end-user training activities, is a plus.
