Project description

We are looking for a hands-on BI Platform Operations Engineer to provide production operational support, administration, maintenance, and technical troubleshooting for our enterprise Business Intelligence platforms and associated AWS services.
The role will primarily support Tableau and Amazon QuickSight / Amazon Quick Suite, including a custom BI-as-a-Service (BIaaS) platform built on top of Amazon QuickSight. The successful candidate will be comfortable troubleshooting across BI, application, API, data, AI-assisted analytics, and cloud infrastructure layers and working with engineering teams to maintain a reliable and stable production service.
For Canada this role is for subcontractor.
For NYC: compensation 90000-115000 UAS Gross per year and based on your interview results.
