Luxoft is one of the major Software Services companies world-wide. We deliver professional software services in multiple business verticals such as Finance, Automotive, and Digital Transformation.

Luxoft is building up a new special purpose organisation (SW House) targeted at developing In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) systems for the age of autonomously driving vehicles. How do people in cars spend their time? How do they interact with information and how do they best utilize the cars infrastructure in a future 2026? How to surpass all the benchmarks in automotive SW development. We believe that Software is the driving force to enable and differentiate in future environments. To achieve outstanding user experience, we build the SW House to apply the best of open source in the way that open source communities are meant to work, we focus on living continuous integration up to it's most modern concepts including continuous delivery right into the vehicle. Our project setup and way of working follows agile principles scaled to a team of multiple hundred people.

Combining latest technologies, agile way of working and the continuous striving for the best solution, we will define what IVI looks like in the future together with our OEM partner.

Responsibilities

Designing, developing, and refining new automated tests using Python. These automated tests will specifically target existing manual test cases with the goal of enabling off-hours execution and optimizing team efficiency by automating routine and repetitive testing areas.

Performing manual execution of existing test cases on both dedicated hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) setups (simulating vehicle environments) and actual test vehicles.

Actively participating in the enhancement and evolution of our AI-based automation framework, which serves as the foundation for all automated test development.

Team Process Automation: Actively contributing to the development of numerous standalone scripts to automate various routine team processes, thereby improving overall team productivity.

Participating in meetings and engagements with clients/stakeholders to present testing results, report on current automation progress, and discuss upcoming initiatives.

Skills

Must have

Demonstrated strong skills in manual testing.

Demonstrated strong skills in test automation in Python or Kotlin.

Nice to have

Linux / Android Automotive knowledge

A strong conceptual understanding of how AI systems operate and how they can be effectively integrated into testing frameworks and processes.

A profound understanding of vehicle architecture, including its various nodes, aggregates, and Electronic Control Units (ECUs).
