Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

6+ years of relevant work experience in an agile environment.

Experience coaching agile methodologies to team and stakeholders.

Skills and knowledge of servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.

Proven ability to promote a team environment and collaborate cross-functionally.

Experience driving adoption of Agile methodologies, processes, and tools in a cross-functional organization.

Superior analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Demonstrated experience with continuous integration/delivery.

Participation in scaled agile frameworks.

Scrum Master Expertise: Hold a recognized Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM, or SSM) and demonstrate strong experience in using Agile frameworks to manage work queues and adapt to unpredictable tasks.

Infrastructure Knowledge: Basic understanding of key infrastructure concepts, including virtualization, cloud platforms, networking, and IT operations.

Performance Metrics: Proficient in tracking and reporting on critical metrics such as system uptime, mean time to recovery (MTTR), deployment frequency, and incident resolution times.

ITIL Certification (Preferred): ITIL 4 Certification is highly desirable to ensure alignment with IT service management best practices.

Work Item Management Tools: Experience using Azure DevOps Boards for organizing and managing teamwork items.
