Effective and efficient delivery of SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) project execution activities, ensuring consistent and optimized delivery within the Project Management Framework (PMF).
Effective and efficient delivery of SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) project execution activities, ensuring consistent and optimized delivery within the Project Management Framework (PMF).
Deliver and support SAP OTC solutions throughout the project lifecycle, including design, configuration, integration testing, UAT, implementation, cutover, and hypercare support.
Analyze, design, configure, and support SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and related OTC processes including customer master data, quotations, sales orders, pricing, deliveries, billing, returns, credit/debit memos, and accounts receivable integration.
Manage relationships with business stakeholders and process owners across Order Management, Customer Service, Logistics, and Finance.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver OTC enhancements, incidents, and change requests within established SLAs.
Partner with SAP architects and technical teams to design and implement OTC solutions that meet business requirements.
Coordinate with development teams for functional specifications, testing activities, defect resolution, and deployment readiness.
Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement of OTC business processes and SAP solutions.
Must have
2-5 years of experience working with SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
Experience supporting one or more SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, or support projects.
Hands-on experience with SAP SD and OTC processes including sales orders, pricing, deliveries, billing, returns, and customer master data.
Basic understanding of integration points between SAP SD and SAP FI (Accounts Receivable), MM, and Warehouse/Logistics processes.
Tool & Technology Skills
SAP ECC6 and/or SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
Strong SAP SD / OTC functional expertise.
Agile project delivery experience.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash business processes.
Ability to translate business requirements into SAP OTC functional solutions.
Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in complex business environments.
Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams
Nice to have
Experience in regulated Life Sciences, Pharma, or Medical Device environments.
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori applications.
Experience with Credit Management, Returns, and Consignment processes.
Familiarity with EDI, IDocs, and third-party system integrations.
SAP SD certification and Agile project experience.
