The Sales & Account Management team at Luxoft DXC are accountable for the acquisition, development and success of our Engineering Services accounts through structured account development and new business development through segment aligned consultative & solution sales. The role will support our expansion into Asia markets and will work with a mixture of existing clients & new logo development.

In addition to the core activities, the role will focus on partnering with the regional head & segment leads in developing and implementing a regional Banking strategy, business and account plans enabling the business to achieve ambitious targets

As part of the global revenue group the role will report to the Senior Director, Head of Asia Sales & AM and involve close partnership with the Capital Markets segment, offerings, delivery practices and the global sales group.

Responsibilities

The role encompasses relationship management and new business development on key Asian accounts

Driving expansion of Asian accounts with specific focus on penetration into high value prospective clients

Engage in targeted sales activates based on market research

bullet icon

Manage and at time lead RFI/ RFP and Pre-Sales processes, often bringing together a diverse and globally disparate group of internal and external stakeholders

Work with key stakeholders to define consulting services, including the development of project/resource plans in conjunction with the key project stakeholders and clients

Partnering with the SAM organisation and practices to develop and implement business plans to achieve targets in line with the DXC/Luxoft global business strategy

Monitor and manage sales progress against the plan and take appropriate action where necessary

Engage with the overall Sales organisation globally by discussing new ideas, methods and industry trends

Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light

Skills

Must have

bullet icon

10–15 years total experience in IT services sales or business development;

bullet icon

Strong Banking & Capital Markets domain knowledge (Investment Banking preferred);

bullet icon

Proven experience managing and responding to RFP / RFI processes;

bullet icon

Broad exposure to application development and engineering services sales;

bullet icon

Experience or familiarity with Capital Markets platforms (Murex, Calypso, Finastra etc);

bullet icon

Strong consultative and solution-selling approach;

bullet icon

Ability to balance farming and hunting activities (approx. 50/50);

bullet icon

Wide and active banking network;

bullet icon

High energy, strong ownership mindset, proactive and self-driven.
