We are seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead and facilitate Agile Release Trains (ARTs) for the Murex platform, ensuring seamless delivery of complex financial technology solutions. The RTE will act as a leader and coach for the ART, driving alignment across teams, managing dependencies, and fostering continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Facilitate ART events: PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and other SAFe ceremonies.

Coordinate delivery of features and capabilities across multiple teams working on the Murex platform.

Manage cross-team dependencies and risks proactively.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including business owners, product management, and development teams.

Track ART progress, maintain transparency, and report on key performance indicators.

Drive continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards in the financial domain.

Career Growth Path

Short-Term (1-2 years): Deepen expertise in SAFe and Agile leadership; become a trusted advisor for ART execution and Murex delivery.

Mid-Term (3-5 years): Progress to Solution Train Engineer (STE) or Agile Program Manager, overseeing multiple ARTs and large-scale programs.

Skills

Must have

8+ years in IT delivery roles, with at least 3+ years as an RTE or similar leadership role.

Deep knowledge of Capital Markets (FX, derivatives, fixed income, etc.).

Familiarity with architecture, Murex, or other treasury products.

Excellent organization, facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
