• The Programmer/Coder is responsible for productionizing the in-house built Package Manager and supporting the implementation of development-related changes into UAT and PROD environments. This role focuses on coding, automation, packaging, and integration work required to deliver a scalable, secure, and maintainable Package Manager.

Mandatory office attendance - 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

Design and implement processes for allocating, configuring, and maintaining the endpoints tailored to developer needs (Windows (Dev Drive, WSLv2, Docker Desktop), macOS (Desktop Virtualization, Docker Desktop).

Engineer and automate the developer workspace setup, including configuration of API tokens, certificates, proxies, pipelines, and environment settings

bullet icon

Improve and standardize packaging and deployment processes for SDLC tools and software manufacturing utilities.

Contribute to the creation of a governance model for developer specific tooling, including:

A package manager for rapid and compliant distribution

bullet icon

Auto update frameworks for key developer tools (e.g. major IDEs)

bullet icon

Controls to mitigate unauthorized executables on endpoints

bullet icon

Support the design of secure, elevated access models for developers across developer devices.

Collaborate with engineering, security, and RTB teams to transition solutions into long term operational ownership.

Provide rollout coordination, documentation, and end user communication for DevEx related changes in UAT and PROD.

Skills

Must have
