Responsibilities

Managing HR administration throughout the entire employment lifecycle, including hiring, employment continuity, and terminations

Administering employee benefits

Providing day-to-day HR administration support to employees, PPMs, and Team Leaders

Conducting HR training sessions for newcomers and current employees

Cooperating with external vendors (e.g., payroll provider)

Preparing personnel administration reports

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee personnel files

Skills

Must have

Minimum 2 years of experience in an independent role within an HR department

Solid knowledge of Polish labor law

Strong command of English (spoken and written)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Excellent communication skills

Knowledge of HR policies and procedures

Experience in HR administration

Familiarity with HR applications (e.g., Xpertis, Optima, etc.)

Nice to have

Experience in a multinational company will be an asset.
