Technology Division is seeking a talented and motivated individual for a Network Analyst position. Responsibilities will include the operational support and maintenance of the enterprise branch network, cloud-based infrastructure architecture and management, SDWAN implementation & support, documentation and implementation of new solutions, and working high level network escalations from our branch teams. Responsibilities

Provide network engineering resources to support branch network services during Client's off-hours: 7 pm CT to 6 am CT.

Utilize Edward Jones tools and processes

Service Management: Incident, Change, Service Requests, etc.

Implementation tools and processes

bullet icon

Monitoring and reporting tools

bullet icon

 Monitor and test network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports

bullet icon

 Review reports and real-time monitoring to identify potential issues with network circuits

bullet icon

Assist with upgrades to branch network devices such as Meraki switches, VeloCloud SDWAN devices, and Cradlepoint cellular backhaul devices. (To be implemented outside of core business hours.)

Configure and install/update software, routers, and other network devices

Perform reboots of branch PDUs and modems on regular basis

Identify potential automation opportunities

Identify, troubleshoot, resolve, and document network connectivity and performance issues

Liaise with vendors, other IT personnel, and contract teams as they relate to service requests and issue resolution during shift hours.

Skills

Must have

Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent work experience/certifications in technology

bullet icon

Three or more years of experience supporting network hardware

bullet icon

Three or more years of experience with enterprise network solutions and technologies

bullet icon

Strong analytical network troubleshooting skills to solve complex issues

bullet icon

Experience with SDWAN Design, Deployment & Support

bullet icon

Experience with Cloud Based Architecture & Management

bullet icon

Experience with Cellular and Wireless technology and support

bullet icon

Experience with packet/protocol analyzers, and network management/monitoring tools

bullet icon

Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

bullet icon

Ability to work in a team environment and/or as an individual contributor
