The delivery team contributes to the migration of backend data while preserving the existing application architecture, ensuring business continuity and minimizing operational risk.
This initiative supports the consolidation of fragmented data sources into modern platforms, improves data accessibility and quality, enhances regulatory compliance capabilities, and establishes a scalable cloud-based foundation for future digital services and advanced analytics.
In parallel, the program leverages Agentic AI capabilities to enhance operational efficiency, automate repetitive migration tasks, and improve data validation and reconciliation processes. These capabilities contribute to the development of a large-scale AI Center of Excellence (CoE) focused on data migration and transformation initiatives, enabling standardized automation frameworks, reusable AI-driven components, and scalable best practices across the broader banking technology landscape.
