Join a strategic and high-impact initiative focused on transforming the Loan Analytics platform for one of the world's leading financial institutions. The program leverages modern technologies and automation to optimize risk forecasting, portfolio analytics, and financing systems. You'll work closely with global teams on a system that powers decision-making in the financial markets—from underwriting to real-time monitoring.
About the team
You'll be part of a cross-functional, international team operating at the intersection of finance and technology. The team includes senior engineers, business analysts, product owners, and QA specialists working on cutting-edge solutions in capital markets and risk technology. This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment where innovation and ownership are highly valued.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks using Java
Own the test automation strategy and lead its implementation across the team
Review architecture, code, and test cases for quality assurance
Drive best practices in automation, performance and system testing
Testing Execution
Create and execute test cases based on functional and business requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve QA environment issues
Analyze root causes and proactively mitigate issues
Work with globally distributed teams to ensure high-quality deliveries
Domain Expertise
Bring insights from financial markets, especially in areas like loans, derivatives, FX, fixed income
Collaborate with stakeholders across business and tech units
Support testing of real-time trading and electronic platforms
Must have
Must-Have Technical Skills
Strong hands-on Java programming skills
Experience with Selenium, Rest Assured, BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber)
Knowledge of performance testing tools (preferably LoadRunner)
Familiarity with websockets, gRPC, Protobuf
Strong SQL, UNIX, and NoSQL knowledge
Proficiency with GitHub Copilot or other AI coding tools
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Domain Knowledge
General understanding of investment banking products (equities, derivatives, FX)
Knowledge of loans systems, financing risk, and portfolio analytics
Nice to have
Experience with OpenFin applications.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps CI/CD, Boards and Test Plans.
Experience with electronic trading platforms (e.g., Bloomberg)
