We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Treasury to oversee the planning, governance, coordination, and execution of strategic treasury and related technology initiatives. This role demands a highly organized project manager with proven success in delivering complex enterprise programs across business and technology teams within a regulated environment. The individual will collaborate closely with senior business leaders, technology teams, architecture, compliance, legal, risk, operations, finance, procurement, and external partners to ensure initiatives are well-structured, properly governed, and delivered according to agreed objectives, timelines, and dependencies.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of Treasury initiatives throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives, risk frameworks, timelines, scope, priorities, and governance requirements.

Develop and maintain project plans, milestone trackers, dependency maps, and delivery schedules to monitor progress across workstreams.

Track all actions, decisions, and deliverables to closure, ensuring comprehensive oversight.

Identify and manage risks, issues, bottlenecks, and interdependencies, driving timely resolution aligned with project objectives.

Collaborate closely with relevant finance teams to ensure alignment on key aspects.

bullet icon

Prepare and deliver project status reports, dashboards, RAID logs, and milestone updates, providing structured visibility to senior management.

bullet icon

Drive alignment across front, middle, and back office functions to ensure seamless front-to-back delivery.

bullet icon

Coordinate across business, technology, enterprise architecture, compliance, legal, risk, operations, finance, procurement, and external partners, facilitating workshops, working groups, steering forums, and follow-ups to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.

Define and track clear ownership and accountability across stakeholders, acting as the central point of coordination across multiple workstreams.

Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and technology providers throughout the project lifecycle to ensure effective collaboration and alignment.

Ensure all assumptions, scope boundaries, and project constraints are clearly defined, documented, and actively managed.

Maintain all project artifacts, including project plans, trackers, meeting minutes, decision logs, RAID logs, and status reports, while ensuring disciplined project management practices and structured record-keeping.

Manage scope changes, delivery impacts, key decisions, and implementation readiness, ensuring effective transition from planning and design to execution and seamless handover.

Skills

Must have

14+ years of project/program management experience with proven delivery of complex enterprise initiatives across business and technology environments, preferably within Treasury, Global Markets, fintech, or regulated financial sectors Hard skills:

Extensive expertise in managing complex enterprise projects and programs, particularly within Treasury, Global Markets, fintech, or regulated financial sectors.

Proficient in handling multi-stakeholder initiatives, including organizing governance forums and vendor-led implementations.

bullet icon

Skilled in preparing executive-level reports, governance documentation, and senior management presentations.

bullet icon

Strong knowledge of Treasury products, trading lifecycles, cash and liquidity management, operational processes, and risk management.

bullet icon

Familiarity with relevant systems such as Bloomberg, LSEG, Flexcube, and FMC.

bullet icon

In-depth understanding of system integrations, technology architecture dependencies, and front-to-back platform flows within Treasury systems.

Experience driving strategic transformation, innovation-driven initiatives, proof of concept/minimum viable product delivery, and platform enhancements.

Knowledgeable in technology delivery, system integration, and regulatory and governance frameworks. Soft skills:

Effective at aligning Front, Middle, and Back Office functions while coordinating with external vendors and technology partners.

Proficient in comprehensive project planning, governance, executive reporting, presentation development, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and cross-functional delivery management.

Nice to have
