We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a strategic data warehouse and integration programme built on Snowflake. This is a high-impact role responsible for orchestrating a complex, multi-stream initiative that underpins our portfolio management platform used by global asset managers.
You will coordinate cross-functional teams spanning data engineering, architecture, product, and client delivery, ensuring the programme is delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Lead end-to-end delivery of the Snowflake data warehouse and integration programme

Define and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths

Ensure alignment between technical delivery and business objectives

Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders across technology, product, and client teams

Manage expectations, communicate progress, and escalate risks effectively

Facilitate workshops to gather and refine business and data requirements

Agile Delivery & Governance

Drive Agile delivery practices (Scrum/Kanban) across multiple workstreams

Run sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and steering committees

Establish governance frameworks, reporting cadence, and delivery KPIs

Risk & Issue Management

Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers

Skills

Must have

Proven experience delivering large-scale data or cloud transformation programmes

Strong track record managing complex, multi-stream projects with technical dependencies

Experience delivering data warehouse or data platform initiatives

Data & Technology Awareness

bullet icon

Solid understanding of modern data architectures, including cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake)

Familiarity with data engineering concepts (ETL/ELT, pipelines, APIs, data modelling)

bullet icon

Ability to engage effectively with architects and engineers without needing to be hands-on

Delivery Methodologies

Strong experience with Agile methodologies and tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence)

Ability to operate in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments where needed

Stakeholder Management

Excellent communication and influencing skills across technical and non-technical audiences
