We are seeking a Project Manager to support and coordinate testing activities for automotive IVI, ADAS, and embedded system projects. The Project Manager will work closely with engineering teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with project objectives. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a solid understanding of software development and testing processes.

Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination

Assist in defining project scope, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.

Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and progress reports.

Coordinate cross-functional activities between test engineers, developers, and technical leads.

Ensure resource allocation aligns with testing needs and project priorities.

Execution & Monitoring

Track project progress and identify risks, blockers, and dependencies.

Facilitate daily/weekly status meetings, documenting action items and follow-ups.

Monitor test execution status, defect trends, and quality indicators.

Stakeholder Communication

Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams and client stakeholders.

Provide clear, timely updates on project status, issues, and changes.

Assist in preparing presentations, dashboards, and documentation as required.

Risk & Issue Management

Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.

Support timely resolution of issues impacting project delivery.

Escalate critical blockers to leadership when necessary.

Ensure testing activities follow established processes and standards.

Maintain proper documentation for audits, compliance, and quality reviews.

Skills

Must have

bullet icon

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

bullet icon

2+ years of experience in project coordination or project management.

bullet icon

Experience in automotive projects (IVI, ADAS, embedded systems, validation).

bullet icon

Familiarity with software development or testing lifecycle (SDLC/STLC).

bullet icon

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

bullet icon

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

bullet icon

Experience working with tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar).

bullet icon

Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Nice to have

Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification (nice to have).

Basic understanding of hardware-software integration and automotive testing workflows.
