Project description

Project Manager will primarily be responsible for tracking the health of the product and confirm the feature requirements, design, and development needs to launch the product are meeting the program milestones including quality and launch readiness.

Responsibilities

Support project/program management activities

Support the triage session and bring together stakeholders to unblock issues

Identify the project risks and prepare reports for tracking feature delivery to leadership

Find techniques for effective Product Backlog management

Help the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items

bullet icon

Understand product planning in an empirical environment

bullet icon

Ensuring the Product Owner ("PO") knows how to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value

bullet icon

Understanding and practicing agility

bullet icon

Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed, resolving impediments for the development teams

bullet icon

Additional support directly on facilitating and managing side initiatives in support of the PO and product teams as requested

Skills

Must have

Ability to assist in Defect Reporting in testing events

Ability to use Confluence to create pages to clearly communicate information

Ability to create clear documents to show program timelines/schedules, program progress and test results

Experience using JIRA to understand test results reporting and burndown reporting

Familiarity with running queries (JQL) to extract filtered data in tracking defect open to closure status

Visual design skills to choose the appropriate representation of data so that it is easily understood by executive and working level audiences

Analytical skills to identify misalignments and work with Product Owner and Chief Product Owner to resolve Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

Knowledge of SharePoint Server/SharePoint Services and Tableau
