Together with the customer, we deliver top performance!
For one of our clients in the Insurance Segment, we are looking for an Insurance Programme Test Manager

To lead and manage the testing strategy and execution of a large transformation programme, ensuring successful migration to Guidewire Cloud with strong alignment to London Insurance Market standards. Making sure the downstream applications are tested robustly in an end-to-end fashion, covering aspects of technical and business integration testing.

Responsibilities

Define and own the overall test strategy for PAS implementation & Migration.

Manage test planning, resource allocation, and execution across multiple workstreams.

Oversee functional, non-functional, integration, regression, and UAT phases.

bullet icon

Coordinate with business SMEs, technical teams, and external vendors to resolve issues.

bullet icon

Be on point for Defect Resolution and closure and also be able to report on the test phases progress to senior stakeholders and steer co.

Assist in test preparation and execution to support delivery when required.

Help build Automation Suites for testing utilizing Playwright and / or any approved tool set.

Be a strong advocate of QE-Framework , policies and guardrails at all times.

Skills

Must have

Proven experience as a Test Manager on large-scale insurance system implementations.

bullet icon

Strong expertise in Guidewire applications (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimsCenter).

bullet icon

Deep understanding of London Market business, both Company and Syndicate.

bullet icon

A good understanding of London Market processes and regulatory requirements.

bullet icon

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

bullet icon

Familiarity with Agile delivery and test management tools (e.g., JIRA).

bullet icon

Ability to manage external vendors and offshore teams.

bullet icon

Strong stakeholder skills and the ability to work closely with business teams to facilitate user acceptance testing

Nice to have

bullet icon

Knowledge of quoting, pricing and finance applications (e.g. workbench, Oracle R12, HX)

Experience in automation frameworks and performance testing.
