About the Role:
The Shared Assets Transformation Office is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Contract Worker (CWR) to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team. This role is pivotal in enhancing transparency and governance around our shared assets, primarily through robust reporting, data management, and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will be instrumental in collecting, analyzing, and presenting key performance indicators (KPIs) and other critical data to senior stakeholders, while also playing a significant role in developing and maintaining our Application Governance Dashboard.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Shared Assets Reporting & KPI Management:

bullet icon

Oversee and manage shared assets reporting, including the end-to-end collection of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) from various asset owners and stakeholders.

Consolidate, analyze, and interpret complex data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement related to shared assets.

Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and impactful presentations for senior stakeholders, articulating reporting outcomes, challenges, and recommendations.

Application Governance Dashboard Development & Enhancement:

bullet icon

Apply strong knowledge of Microsoft data tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, SQL Server, Azure Data Services) to support the design, development, and ongoing enhancement of the Application Governance Dashboard.

Perform rigorous data preparation, transformation, validation, and ongoing analysis to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of all dashboard inputs.

Build and maintain robust data models and develop intuitive, consistent, and visually compelling insights within the dashboard, ensuring alignment with all governance requirements.

Develop and implement automated workflows to streamline information collection, data updates, and regular reporting cycles, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual effort.

Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination:

Coordinate and schedule calls, meetings, and workshops with key stakeholders across various departments including CSF (Chief Security Office), ITAOS (Information Technology Application Operations Services), Tribe Engineering, and other relevant areas.

Actively engage with stakeholders to gather required input, clarify data points, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely submission of information.

Foster strong working relationships with internal teams to facilitate effective data flow and reporting.

PMO Support & Documentation:

Maintain high attention to detail and apply a disciplined approach to documentation, ensuring all processes, data definitions, and reporting methodologies are accurately recorded and updated.

Implement and manage version control for all reports, presentations, and dashboard iterations.

Contribute to general PMO activities as required, supporting the overall objectives of the Shared Assets Transformation Office.

Skills

Must have

Proven experience in a PMO, reporting, data analysis, or similar role within a large, complex organization, preferably in the financial services sector.

bullet icon

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to dissect complex issues, identify root causes, and propose practical solutions.

bullet icon

Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft data tools, particularly Power BI for dashboard development, data modeling, and visualization. Experience with advanced Excel functions and other data manipulation tools is essential.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to independently schedule calls, confidently lead discussions, effectively convey complex information, and engage credibly with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
