We are seeking a Senior Palantir PySpark Developer to join our data engineering team supporting key banking platforms and analytics initiatives. In this role, you will develop data pipelines and processing solutions on a traded risk platform using Palantir Foundry, PySpark, and SQL. You will collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into production-ready data solutions that enable reporting, analytics, governance, and operational decision-making.

Responsibilities

Design and develop end-to-end data pipelines in Palantir Foundry using PySpark and SQL.

Build curated datasets, reusable transformation logic, and data models to support analytics and reporting requirements.

Develop and maintain Palantir Foundry solutions, including pipeline workflows, ontology structures, and operational data assets.

bullet icon

Optimize code and pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability in a large enterprise environment.

bullet icon

Collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, architects, and downstream consumers to clarify requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.

Support testing, validation, troubleshooting, and resolution of production issues across data pipelines.

Contribute to documentation, code reviews, best practices, and knowledge sharing within the team.

Participate in agile delivery teams with involvement in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery reviews.

Advanced proficiency in Python and PySpark for development in production settings.

Strong command of SQL, particularly Spark SQL.

Skilled in designing and implementing large-scale data pipelines, ELT/ETL workflows, and data transformations.

Deep understanding of data modeling, data quality standards, and data governance principles.

Experience operating within complex enterprise or banking environments.

Ability to diagnose technical issues and develop stable, maintainable solutions.
