Project description

Support clients in the operation, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle Cerner EHR environments. This role is designed for early-career professionals who are eager to grow their technical skills in healthcare IT while working under the mentorship of experienced consultants and technical leaders. You will gain hands-on exposure to Cerner infrastructure, system workflows, and healthcare technology best practices while contributing to meaningful client outcomes.

Responsibilities

Monitor Cerner/Oracle Health clinical environments (health of apps, interfaces, jobs, performance).

bullet icon

Set up dashboards, alerts, and synthetic checks for key workflows.

bullet icon

Handle Sev1/Sev2 incidents, troubleshoot quickly, coordinate with teams/vendors.

bullet icon

Do RCA/PIR and drive corrective/preventive actions.

bullet icon

Improve reliability using SRE concepts (SLOs, SLIs, automation, reducing alert noise).

Maintain runbooks, follow change control, ensure compliance.
