Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead a full-cycle SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration, with a primary focus on inventory and contracting. This is a multi-year contract engagement through 2027, requiring strong SAP transformation leadership and coordination across business, functional, and technical teams.

Own the end-to-end ECC to S/4HANA migration roadmap, project plan, and cutover strategy.

Lead inventory management and contracting workstreams.

Coordinate SAP functional, technical, and business teams throughout the migration.

Manage project timelines, budget, dependencies, risks, and escalations.

Drive data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live readiness activities.

Mandatory Skills Description

bullet icon

8+ years of SAP project management experience, including successful delivery of at least one full-lifecycle SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration. Strong understanding of SAP MM and inventory/materials management processes, along with working knowledge of contract management functionality. Proven experience managing migration roadmaps, cross-functional workstreams, data migration, testing, cutover, go-live readiness, budgets, timelines, and project risks in large enterprise environments.

Experience delivering SAP transformation programs within large, regulated organizations, particularly healthcare. Knowledge of supply chain and procurement business processes, SAP contracting solutions, and complex multi-year transformation programs is preferred.
