Seeking a part time job role with proactive office administrator to join our Singapore OPR team.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth functioning. The ideal candidate is a details-oriented problem solver with excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
Manage office operations which includes accommodating visitors, clients, courier services, letters/mails handling, receiving, office and IT equipment, office supplies and stock orders, etc.
Manage Purchasing Requests (PR) in Corporate Financial System (CFS) and monitor office budget and expenses. Submit invoices and monitor approval / payment process.
Assist in building operation with corporate team and coordinate with suppliers/contractors in maintaining proper working environment, including service ticket follow-up, etc.
Maintain company database in Enterprise Directory such as workplace information, etc.
Inventory and assets management maintenance in Oracle E-Business Suite. Manage rent allocation, utilities costs and workplace distribution.
Support the Company Director and Legal Counsel in document signing process for company Directorship related matters.
Support employees' onboarding/off boarding matters.
Must have
Proficient in using office software, capable of handling tasks independently, with 1-2 years of experience in office administrative support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time-management skill with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Office operational management, facilities management, warehouse management.
Nice to have
The following experience will be considered an asset:
Basic Financial skill
Experience with office management software operations is preferred (e.g. Oracle OEBS system).
