We are seeking a Non-Functional Test Lead to oversee and advance the non-functional testing capabilities across the domain, including performance, load, stress, scalability, resilience, and security testing. This role is responsible for integrating non-functional testing earlier into the delivery lifecycle, ensuring risks are identified and mitigated promptly rather than at the end of the cycle. The successful candidate will bring deep technical expertise in performance engineering combined with practical experience in applying AI to enhance efficiency, analysis, and coverage. They will serve as the primary authority on all non-functional quality matters within the domain.

With over 12 years of practical experience, this role requires expertise in performance and non-functional testing (NFT) as well as performance engineering at an enterprise level. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive NFT strategies covering performance, load, stress, scalability, soak, and resilience testing.

Hard skills include:

Proficient use of industry-standard performance testing tools and NFT frameworks such as JMeter, Gatling, k6, LoadRunner, Locust, and NeoLoad, including scripting, correlation, parameterization, and workload modeling.

Skilled analysis of complex performance data to identify root causes, leveraging application profiling and APM tooling (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk), memory and thread analysis, and infrastructure-level diagnostics.

Experience integrating NFT into CI/CD pipelines and shift-left models by automating performance validation within the build and release process.

bullet icon

Application of AI techniques to enhance NFT workflows, including AI-assisted test scenario generation, automated anomaly detection, intelligent trend analysis, and automated reporting.

Knowledge of test environment strategy, test data management, and service virtualization tailored to large-scale non-functional testing.
