We are looking for an Analyst Engineer to provide L2 support for .NET applications. The role focuses on debugging, issue resolution, and minor enhancements to existing applications (core development is not expected). You will work closely with client teams to ensure application stability, timely support, and high-quality service delivery. The role involves working in shifts, including early mornings and participation in an on-call roster for one week each month, with potential weekend and occasional night shift coverage.
Provide L2 support for .NET applications, including debugging, issue resolution, and minor enhancements.
Collaborate with client teams to deliver timely and effective support services.
Monitor application performance, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure system stability.
Participate in shift rotations and on-call rosters, including weekend support.
Adhere to quality standards and audit requirements while continuously seeking improvements in support processes.
Work independently and as part of a team to meet business needs.
Must have
Minimum 3+ years of overall technology experience.
At least 2+ years in application development and/or support roles.
Proficiency in .NET applications and SQL.
Experience in providing technology client services.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including early morning and on-call rotations.
Nice to have
Basic understanding of cloud concepts with exposure to AWS or Azure.
Experience in software delivery and related technical practices.
Strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and auditability.
Orientation toward continuous improvement and meeting business needs effectively.
