The project is a long-term with the expectation to expand the existing application by 3-4 times.

Responsibilities

Lead the Murex Production Support Team, ensuring 24/7 system availability, stability, and performance.

Manage incident resolution, root cause analysis, and problem management to minimize disruptions to trading and risk operations.

Oversee Murex application server-side and database-side support, ensuring optimal system performance.

bullet icon

Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices in support processes, monitoring, and automation.

bullet icon

Ensure timely ticket resolution within SLAs while improving service levels and efficiency.

bullet icon

Collaborate with traders, risk managers, operations teams, and IT teams to troubleshoot and optimize Murex functionalities.

Lead Murex system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to align with evolving business needs.

bullet icon

Manage a team of Murex specialists, handling recruitment, mentorship, and performance management.

bullet icon

Engage with key stakeholders, including business leaders and external vendors, to enhance platform capabilities.

Ensure compliance with governance, regulatory, and risk management requirements.

Skills

Must have

12+ years of Murex support experience

bullet icon

Murex Expertise: In-depth knowledge of all Murex modules (Front Office, Risk, Back Office, Accounting, Market Data, etc.).

Technical Proficiency: Strong experience in Murex application server-side and database-side management.

bullet icon

Incident & Problem Management: Hands-on experience in ticket resolution, troubleshooting, and support process optimization.

Project & Team Management: Proven ability to lead support teams, manage stakeholders, and drive operational excellence.

bullet icon

Stakeholder Management: Ability to effectively communicate with traders, risk managers, IT teams, and senior leadership.

Strategic Thinking: Experience in driving system stability, automation, and operational efficiency.

Willing to work in shifts and WFO in hybrid mode

Nice to have

Commodities Trading Knowledge: Understanding of trading workflows, risk management, and regulatory compliance in the commodities space is a plus.

Experience with DevOps, cloud technologies, and automation tools for production support.
