Client is one of Singapore based DigiBank which got license from MAS few years back.

We are seeking an experienced Moody's Consultant to act as a Business Change Manager for the implementation of IRRBB (Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book) and Liquidity Reporting modules. The role will lead business-side delivery, working closely with stakeholders and IT teams to ensure successful implementation of **Moody's Corporation solutions aligned with regulatory and business requirements.

Drive end-to-end change management for Moody's IRRBB and Liquidity Reporting implementation

Ensure business readiness, adoption, and smooth transition to the new platform

Act as the business owner for solution design and implementation

Requirements Gathering & Translation

bullet icon

Engage with Risk, Treasury, Finance, and Regulatory Reporting teams to gather requirements

Document detailed functional and non-functional requirements (BRD / FRD)

bullet icon

Translate business needs into clear specifications for IT and vendor teams

bullet icon

IRRBB & Liquidity Expertise

bullet icon

Define requirements aligned to regulatory frameworks (e.g., Basel guidelines for IRRBB and liquidity risk)

bullet icon

Ensure accurate implementation of:

a) IRRBB metrics (EVE, NII sensitivity, shock scenarios)

bullet icon

b) Liquidity metrics (LCR, NSFR, cash flow projections, behavioral assumptions)

Implementation Oversight

bullet icon

Act as primary liaison between business users, IT teams, and Moody's implementation partners

Ensure configuration and setup of Moody's modules meets business expectations

bullet icon

Validate data sourcing, calculations, and reporting outputs

Project Management (Business Side)

bullet icon

Drive project timelines, milestones, and deliverables from the business side

Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans

bullet icon

Provide regular status updates to senior stakeholders

Testing & Validation

bullet icon

Define UAT strategy, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria

Coordinate with users for execution and sign-offs

Ensure accuracy of reports and regulatory submissions

Stakeholder Coordination

Conduct workshops with business users and SMEs

Manage communication between cross-functional teams

Skills

Must have

12+ years of functional experience in Credit Risk, Capital risk, regulatory reporting change Management roles

bullet icon

Strong hands-on experience with Moody's Analytics solutions, especially IRRBB and Liquidity modules

bullet icon

Deep understanding of:

a) Interest Rate Risk in Banking Book (IRRBB)

b) Liquidity Risk and Regulatory Reporting

Proven experience as a Business Analyst / Change Manager in banking transformation programs

Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (Basel IRRBB, LCR, NSFR)

Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management

Ability to work closely with IT teams on data, systems, and implementation
