Customer Journey Testing: Manually execute and validate the complete purchase-to-activation flow
Feature Verification: Physically verify the correct operation of unlocked hardware
Connectivity Edge Cases: Test system resilience in low-connectivity environments (e.g., underground parking, cross-border roaming) during feature activation.
HMI & UX : Evaluate the in-vehicle infotainment menus to ensure the quality of the product
Defect Management: Document complex hardware-software bugs in Jira, providing logs and video evidence to help developers reproduce system-level failures.
Must have
2+ years in Automotive Testing, Infotainment, or Connected Car services.
Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostic tools (e.g., Vector CANoe/CANalyzer or similar) to monitor CAN/Ethernet traffic.
Strong understanding of OTA (Over-the-Air) update processes and digital service activation
A valid driver's license for dynamic testing on closed tracks or public roads.
