The Level 2 Operations Support Analyst will be responsible for providing production support, incident resolution, service request fulfilment, problem management, and operational monitoring for the Finacle Treasury Management platform. You will act as the primary technical and functional support contact for treasury business users and ensure system availability, stability, and compliance with agreed service levels.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 application support for Finacle Treasury modules.

Investigate, analyze, and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs.

Monitor daily treasury operations and ensure successful execution of end-of-day and beginning-of-day activities.

bullet icon

Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend preventive actions.

bullet icon

Coordinate with Level 3 support, Finacle product teams, infrastructure teams, database administrators, and business stakeholders.

Support treasury business functions including:

Treasury Settlements

Limits and Exposure Management

Validate and troubleshoot trade lifecycle issues, settlement failures, interface failures, and reconciliation exceptions.

Support interfaces between FT and surrounding systems such as Core Banking, SWIFT, RTGS, Accounting, Market Data, and Regulatory Reporting systems.

Perform application health checks, log analysis, batch monitoring, and service monitoring.

Support deployment validation, release activities, and post-implementation verification.

Create and maintain operational procedures, knowledge base articles, and support documentation.

Participate in disaster recovery exercises and business continuity testing.

bullet icon

Provide on-call support during critical business periods and production outages.

bullet icon

Develop, maintain, and enhance operational, regulatory, MIS, and business reports as required by treasury users and management.

Analyze reporting requirements and support report generation using SQL, database queries, and available reporting tools.

Perform minor customizations, parameter changes, screen modifications, and configuration updates within the Finacle Treasury platform in accordance with change management processes.

Support testing, validation, and deployment of report enhancements and minor application customizations.

Support deployment validation, release activities, and post-implementation verification.

Skills

Must have

5–8 years of experience in Treasury

bullet icon

Technical Skills:

bullet icon

Strong hands-on experience with Finacle Treasury (FT).

bullet icon

Good understanding of treasury products, trade processing, settlements, and accounting flows.

bullet icon

Experience in troubleshooting application, middleware, and integration issues.

bullet icon

Knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems.

bullet icon

Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting.

bullet icon

Experience with Oracle databases.

bullet icon

Understanding of batch processing, scheduling tools, and application monitoring solutions.

bullet icon

Familiarity with APIs, web services, file-based integrations, and message-based interfaces.

Exposure to SWIFT messaging standards (MT/MX) is preferred.

Functional Knowledge:

Treasury Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office processes.

Financial instruments including FX, Money Market, Bonds, Securities, and Derivatives.

Trade capture, confirmation, settlement, accounting, and reconciliation processes.

Regulatory and audit requirements applicable to treasury operations.
