DXC-Luxoft is an industry-leading software integrator and solution house for automotive OEMs and suppliers. We support leading German OEMs in developing and industrializing next-generation battery-electric vehicle platforms. A key success factor in these programs is a scalable, maintainable, and standardized test automation ecosystem.
For expanding our automotive testing competence in Europe, DXC-Luxoft is seeking an experienced Test Framework Architect who will be responsible for defining and governing a unified test automation language and framework based on Robot Framework. The role is strategic and technical, combining hands-on architecture with cross-team enablement.

Responsibilities

Strong expertise in Robot Framework architecture and customization

Advanced Python with object-oriented design

Framework and library design experience

Test automation architecture in complex environments

Git-based version control (GitHub or similar)

CI/CD integration (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)

1. Advanced Python

Expert-level OOP design

Custom libraries and reusable components

Decorators, generators, threading, exception handling

Design patterns and clean architecture principles

2. Robot Framework

Custom keyword development

Large-scale framework structuring

3. Packaging and Dependency Management

Poetry or uv

4. Version Control

Git (branching strategies, reviews)

5. CI/CD

Pipeline design and test integration

Skills

Must have
