Lead System Requirement Engineer

Project for one of leading Tier 1 suppliers and major American OEM.
DXC is responsible for product functional increments that includes new feature implementation as well as removal of known flaws and optimization of application design.
The RFHM is an electronic module which controls passive access and start functionality and communicates with other ECUs via CAN networks.
High level functions of the RFHM are:
› Passive entry
› KeylessGo
› Remote Keyless Entry
› TPMS
› Immobilizer
› UDS diagnostic services
› Low power management
› Reflash over CAN
Organize and lead technical meetings with R&D engineers assigned to project and/or Customer
Close collaboration with responsible of all disciplines (EE, SW, MD, Systems, Testing) and in finding the root cause of customer bench and/or vehicle issues
Perform System Requirements Releases
Planning, coordination and monitoring of system engineering activities
Collaboration with Architects and Project Lead.
Knowledge of Structured Problem-Solving tools.
Must have
> 8 years of experience as Requirements Engineer
>2 years of experiences as System Technical Leader
Strong understanding of requirements engineering
Strong communication skills
Strong understanding of wireless functions
Strong negotiation skills
Strong oral and communication skills.
Strong Ownership, collaboration and Team work oriented.
