We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced L3 Support Developer to join our team. You should have a strong background in software development and production support, with a focus on .NET or Java technologies. This role requires excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and a proactive approach to incident and issue resolution in a high-availability environment.
Provide Level 3 support for production systems, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Apply ITIL practices in managing support workflows and documentation.
Optimize and write complex SQL queries for data analysis and issue resolution.
Contribute to API development and integration tasks as needed.
Utilize AWS cloud services for monitoring, deployment, and troubleshooting.
Must have
Minimum 8 years of experience in software development and production support.
Proficiency in either .NET or Java.
Strong SQL skills, including query writing and performance optimization.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
