In collaboration with our client, we consistently deliver high-quality results.

For a client in the insurance segment, we are seeking a Project Manager to serve as Data Migration Workstream Lead. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of complex data migration activities within a Financial Crime transformation program.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of the data migration workstream (covering extraction, transformation, validation, reconciliation)

Draft and own the migration runbook

Manage delivery against scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives

Coordinate cross-functional teams (data, SMEs, technology, third party vendor)

bullet icon

Drive stakeholder engagement across business, IT, and third parties

bullet icon

Oversee data quality, reconciliation, and validation processes post-migration

bullet icon

Facilitate issue resolution and decision making across programme layers

bullet icon

Support cutover planning, deployment, and post-migration stabilisation
