Together with the customer, we deliver top performance!
For one of our clients in the Insurance Segment, we are looking for a Business Analyst with Insurance background
The role requires a highly capable BA who can operate within large-scale transformation programmes, supporting operating model evolution, cloud migration, and complex business change.

Responsibilities

Lead analysis activities supporting the transition from Current Operating Model to Future State Operating Model

bullet icon

Design, assess, and optimise IT Target Operating Models (TOMs), including operating structures, governance, and process frameworks

bullet icon

Define and facilitate structured decision-making processes to enable alignment across business and technology stakeholders

bullet icon

Conduct end-to-end process mapping, analysis, and optimisation across business and IT domains

bullet icon

Produce high-quality visual artefacts (process maps, operating models, capability maps, decision trees) using tools such as Visio, Miro, or Lucidchart

bullet icon

Support cloud migration initiatives, including data centre migration from on-premise environments to AWS

bullet icon

Analyse technical dependencies across infrastructure, applications, and business processes

bullet icon

Perform data analysis activities including data cleaning, shaping, and combining datasets to generate meaningful MI and dashboards

bullet icon

Contribute to risk identification, assessment, and design of effective risk controls

bullet icon

Drive stakeholder alignment, manage competing priorities, and secure key decisions within complex programme environments

Skills

Must have

Strong Business Analysis background within large-scale transformation programmes

bullet icon

Cloud migration experience, ideally involving on-premise to AWS transitions

bullet icon

Proven experience working with IT Target Operating Models (TOMs)

bullet icon

Demonstrated ability to guide operating model transitions and organisational change

bullet icon

Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills

bullet icon

Strong analytical mindset with ability to work through complex problems

bullet icon

Proactive self-starter with strong ownership and delivery focus

bullet icon

Solid understanding of risk management principles

Nice to have

Hands-on experience with data centre migrations (on-premise to AWS Cloud)

Background in infrastructure environments (both on-prem and AWS)

Experience delivering people, process, technology, and cultural change across IT “Change” and “Run” functions
