For one of our clients in the Insurance Segment, we are looking for a Business Analyst with Insurance background
We are seeking experienced Senior Business Analysts to join Agile software delivery squads, working end-to-end across the change lifecycle to deliver high-quality digital and technology solutions.
The successful candidates will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Developers, and Testers to collaboratively shape requirements, define user stories and acceptance criteria, and support the design, development, and testing of solutions.
This role is highly collaborative and hands-on, suited to BAs who thrive in fast-paced Agile environments and are comfortable operating at the intersection of business and technology.
Experience with Salesforce platforms and exposure to Health Insurance or broader Financial Services environments would be a significant advantage.
Agile Requirements Definition & Delivery
Work within Agile delivery squads to define and refine requirements aligned to product priorities and business outcomes.
Collaboratively create, groom, and maintain high-quality user stories with clear, testable acceptance criteria.
Ensure stories are well understood by developers and testers and are ready for sprint delivery.
Support backlog management and prioritisation alongside Product Owners.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring shared understanding of requirements and solutions.
Work closely with Developers and QA teams throughout the sprint lifecycle to clarify requirements and resolve queries.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives).
Promote a collaborative, “one-team” approach to delivery.
Business Engagement & Analysis
Engage with business stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document requirements and business processes.
Challenge and validate requirements to ensure alignment with strategic goals and customer outcomes.
Translate business needs into structured requirements and solution options.
Solution Design Support
Contribute to solution design by working closely with Architects and Developers.
Ensure functional and non-functional requirements are clearly articulated and understood.
Support impact assessments, dependencies, and integration considerations.
Test Support & Acceptance
Work with QA teams to ensure acceptance criteria are testable and aligned to business intent.
Support test scenario definition, UAT planning, and execution where required.
Validate delivered solutions against agreed requirements and acceptance criteria.
Continuous Improvement
Contribute to the evolution of Agile practices, BA standards, and ways of working.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, tooling, and delivery efficiency.
Support knowledge sharing across squads and the wider BA community.
Must have
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong experience working as a Business Analyst within Agile software delivery environments.
Proven ability to work within cross-functional squads (Product, Engineering, QA).
Extensive experience writing high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria (e.g., Gherkin or similar).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical audiences.
Demonstrable experience supporting end-to-end delivery (from discovery through to testing and release).
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to break down complex problems and structure solutions.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with ambiguity.
As-is process modelling/system interaction modelling
Nice to have
Experience working with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Health Cloud).
Experience within Health Insurance, Insurance, or Financial Services environments.
Knowledge of regulated environments and compliance considerations.
Experience with Agile tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Familiarity with modern digital / customer-facing platforms and integrations.
