Plan and coordinate vehicle demands in alignment with project, test, and integration milestones.
Plan, track, and document cyclical, partial and full updates of test vehicles.
Organize and manage transport orders for test vehicles, including coordination with logistics partners.
Coordinate the transfer and handover of vehicles to project partners.
Align update planning with internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare reports and overviews on update planning and infrastructure status.
Plan and track cyclical updates of test benches.
Support procurement and integration of temporary test vehicles from development partners.
Must have
Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Automotive Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
Motivation to grow into infrastructure management and project coordination.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
Proactive, reliable, and structured way of working.
Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on mentality.
Willingness to work in an international, cross-functional environment.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Basic technical understanding of automotive testing environments.
First practical experience in project coordination, logistics, or test management.
Strong communication skills for stakeholder alignment.
Expertise and knowledge:
Expertise in infrastructure and resource planning.
Knowledge of vehicle logistics and update coordination.
Process knowledge in project and milestone planning.
Coordination and tracking of update activities.
Ability to create reports and status overviews for stakeholders.
Understanding of software development and release cycles.
German C1 level
Nice to have
Experience with project management or tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Knowledge of software release processes in the automotive domain.
Familiarity with logistics and fleet management processes.
First exposure to test infrastructure, HIL/SIL, or system integration.
Knowledge of automotive testing environments and infrastructure.
