The Chief Security Office (CSO) of our client comprises the Chief Information Security Office (CISO) and the Corporate Security unit. The CISO organization guarantees information security for our client.
We are looking for an IT Project Manager who will manage the complex Cloud Implementation Projects into our client's strategic cloud-based Identity and Access Management solution.
The team Access Lifecycle Solutions within the area Identity & Access Management (IAM) is responsible for providing centralized Identity & Access Management solutions: Joiners, Movers, Leavers. These provide permissions and roles to application users in a standardized and compliant process. The assignment of roles can either be automated or manual.

Support for the Program/Project Manager (meeting minutes, curate PowerPoints for various meetings, translations via machine, follow-up on actions etc.), monitor project timelines, deliverables, milestones.
Oversee vendor relationships, including contract management, sign-off (DocuSign), invoicing support.
Support with administrative audit queries
collection of evidence, compiling reports with clear guidance from SMEs, minutes and action follow up.
Financial and resource planning, forecasting and status tracking across the I&A capability, ensuring they are on target and providing feedback for variances of actuals vs forecast/plan.
Support management in tracking of headcount for the domain including position management for internal and external staff, managing perm hiring and backfills.
End-to-end vendor process management and support for contract management.
Order management and submission and actively managing orders incl. invoice management.
Support Project Managers with monthly reporting, Process optimization and general administrative support to ensure Project Managers can focus on developing the product
Managing multiple ad-hoc and short timeframe requests.
Must have
5+ years' experience in managing or supporting successful projects / PMO in IT industry
Experience in developing and tracking financial projects
Relevant experience in Transformation / Migration projects would be a plus
Excellent communication skills (English) and high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in Workday, Clarity, SAP Ariba, Jira and Confluence is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in economics/finance or similar.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, pro-active, excellent team player, with proven ability to work in a global team.
Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure, reliability, flexibility, and leadership
High degree of customer orientation and stakeholder engagement
Nice to have
Experience in a multinational company would be a plus
