We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to support the Human Resources team with a variety of administrative and operational activities. This role will play a key part in ensuring smooth HR processes, enhancing the onboarding experience, and supporting day-to-day HR operations across regions, including specific administrative support for Mexico and Brazil.
Absence Management
Manage the Time Off Admin for Brazil
Support and Provide Information to Payroll
Manage the payments to employees, administration and invoices.
Manage the approvals and Cancelations in the system
Employees support when needed.
Support local HR team when needed.
Must have
Hard skills:
Bachelor's degree in administration or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR administration or HR operations.
Fluency in English.
Knowledge in Mexico employment legislation and benefits.
-Availability to go to the office as needed basis.
Soft skills:
Strong organizational abilities.
-Communications skills.
Nice to have
Knowledge in Brazil employment legislation.
