Coordinate receipt and process IT asset tag requests for purchase order receiving, related to multi-state customers. Ensure assigned IT asset tag(s) are affixed to the IT asset during the receiving process, prepare the IT asset for delivery, and maintain the ServiceNow IT Asset Management Module to ensure appropriate IT asset record creation during the receipt process. Maintains IT asset records in ServiceNow. Maintains digital and physical IT asset management files for record retention. Maintains database record of various types of IT asset transactions.
The role requires a contractor who is skilled in IT Warehouse Assest management.

End-User technical support.
The role is essential to sustaining daily operational activities, including device provisioning, bricking/unbricking processes, asset tracking, and support for ongoing Optum integration and compliance-related initiatives.
This contractor would be an AI User role, which includes, but is not limited to, consistent use of AI/Copilot for daily work and maintaining a minimum of 90% weekly usage of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and other GenAI platforms approved by the enterprise
Must have
Graduation from a high school or equivalent
IT Warehouse Asset management experience (3+ years)
Skill in providing good customer service.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Confident AI tools user
Experience working with ServiceNow
Works under limited supervision with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
Nice to have
Ability to review asset management operations for compliance.
Ability to follow prescribed inventory control standards.
Skill in using a computer and Microsoft office Suite software
