For the project ramp-up, we are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Hardware Support & Test Automation Engineer with experience in Automotive to join our team.
This role requires daily presence in the office to support hardware flashing, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks, while also contributing to the automation of testing processes using Python and Robot Framework. You will act as a key point of contact for in-office hardware activities, coordinate with integration teams, and support internal stakeholders and customers.
The ideal candidate is technically proficient, organized, and collaborative, with a proactive attitude towards both hardware and software tasks.

Responsibilities

On-Site Hardware Support:

Perform daily hardware flashing, configuration, and preparation activities.

Maintain and monitor hardware devices and test setups as per team requests and project demands.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues promptly.

Ensure hardware readiness for development, testing, and delivery cycles.

Develop and maintain automated tests using Python and Robot framework.

Analyze and report test results, and identify issues.

Skills

Must have

Proven experience with hardware setup, flashing, and maintenance.

Proficiency in Python.

Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks.
