We are looking for curious and analytical Graduate Engineers to join our Field Performance Trials team.

This role provides a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of software, connected products, consumer insights, and product performance. You will help evaluate products in real-world environments, analyze product data, investigate issues, support consumer trials, and generate insights that influence future product development.

You will work closely with engineers, data analysts, product teams, and regional stakeholders to improve product performance and customer experience.

Responsibilities

Assist with participant onboarding and issue triage.

Monitor product performance during trials.

Track and investigate customer-reported issues.

Data Analytics & Insights

Analyze product usage and trial data to identify trends and patterns.

Develop dashboards and reports to communicate findings.

Generate actionable insights from consumer feedback and product data.

Support root cause investigations using data-driven approaches.

Collect and analyze diagnostic logs from connected products.

Support software and firmware validation activities.
