About DXC Luxoft Engineering Services
DXC Engineering Services, powered by Luxoft, is a next-generation engineering partner combining deep domain expertise, software system integration capabilities, and proprietary IP assets to help clients design, build, and evolve smart products and intelligent systems. Operating as a focused business within DXC Technology — with the agility and autonomy of a specialist firm — we serve over 280 clients across 21 countries, partnering with enterprises where physical and digital product complexity is highest.
We are not a traditional IT services provider. We bring together consulting, embedded software engineering, cloud and connectivity capabilities, and an expanding portfolio of partnerships and owned IP to act as a true engineering co-creator for our clients. Our work spans the full product lifecycle — from architecture and design through productization and continuous evolution.
In the Automotive industry we enable digital business transformation, enhance customer experiences, and boost operational efficiency through our strategy, solutioning, and software engineering services. There are millions of cars on the road today with solutions designed by Luxoft.
With expertise spanning future mobility technologies such as Digital Cockpits, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), Electric, Over the Air (OTA), Luxoft delivers user experience design, software engineering and integration expertise that improves productivity, accelerates time to market and enhances innovation processes.

Role Overview
• The Global Head of Automotive and R&D Engineering is one of the most senior and strategically significant leadership positions within DXC Engineering Services. This executive leads large and established business domain Automotive Engineering while simultaneously spearheading our expansion into adjacent ER&D verticals including but not limited to Advanced Manufacturing, Consumer Electronics, Aerospace, and Logistics & Transportation Services.
• This is a senior management role with full P&L ownership, global scope, and a remit to drive both organic growth and market repositioning. The right leader will combine a powerful automotive industry network with a genuine appetite to build new markets — and will understand how to position DXC Engineering Services not simply as an outsourcing partner, but as a software system integrator and smart connected product co-creator.
• With a team of over 3,000 engineers globally, the role demands a leader who operates at the intersection of commercial vision, engineering credibility, and organizational strength.
