We are seeking a passionate and strategic AI Learning & Development Manager to lead the design and execution of impactful training programs for our AI solutions. This role is both consultative and delivery-focused, operating at the intersection of education, technology, and change management. You will not only develop and implement training programs, but also act as a trusted advisor—guiding customers and internal stakeholders on AI learning strategy, capability building, and long-term enablement planning.
You will create scalable training frameworks, develop engaging content, and deliver high-impact training experiences tailored to various audiences. Additionally, you will provide consultative support to customers, helping them assess training needs, map adoption journeys, and build internal AI readiness. Your work will play a key role in ensuring AI adoption success and maximizing the value our customers derive from our AI offerings
Training Framework Design:
Develop and implement comprehensive, scalable training frameworks for AI adoption across various customer segments and industries.
Consultative Enablement Strategy:
Partner with customers and internal teams to assess training needs, define AI learning objectives, and co-create enablement strategies that support sustained AI adoption and workforce transformation.
Content Development:
Create engaging, role-based training content including presentations, e-learnings, guides, demos, videos, and learning paths.
Train-the-Trainer Programs:
Design and lead enablement programs to certify partner trainers and customer-facing teams, ensuring consistent and high-quality delivery across all touchpoints.
Customer-Facing Delivery:
Deliver AI solution training sessions to end customers—live virtual, in-person, or on-demand—as part of onboarding or upskilling journeys.
Consulting on Learning Journeys:
Advise organizations on structuring AI learning pathways, defining success metrics, and integrating learning into broader change management and transformation initiatives.
Collaboration:
Partner closely with Product, Change Management, Offering Development teams to align training with business objectives, release cycles, and customer needs.
Feedback & Iteration:
Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training content, delivery methods, and learning effectiveness.
Thought Leadership:
Stay ahead of AI learning trends, tools, and adult learning best practices to innovate training approaches and enhance learner engagement.
Must have
5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Delivery, or Enablement—preferably in tech, AI, or SaaS environments
Strong background in instructional design, adult learning principles, and digital learning tools (e.g., Articulate, LMS platforms, MS Stream)
Proven experience delivering live and virtual training to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with Microsoft AI tools (Copilot, Azure AI, etc.) or similar platforms is a plus
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft products (e.g., Office 365, Dynamics 365, Azure) and experience in training others on these platforms
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English (German language is a plus)
Nice to have
Familiarity with AI Change Management frameworks or enterprise adoption programs
Certifications in training (e.g., CPTM, ATD)
Experience in L&D consulting or advisory roles for digital transformation or AI enablement
