Our Client is undertaking the most significant digital transformation in its history, with the delivery of a consistent, integrated SAP S/4HANA-based ecosystem and associated technology stack across markets as a cornerstone.
We are looking for Testers – Process and Product Test Support with a background in the fashion industry. They will be the Point of Contact for testing support to the Process Teams and Product Teams. They will support writing test cases with Process Experts and perform dry runs and System Integration Testing (SIT) execution. The engagement starts with Assortment Planning (Impact Analytics) in Q4 2026. Based on the results, it will be extended to a wider scope.

Responsibilities

Write Test Cases with the support and mentoring of Process Experts, based on the process documentation and the agreed macro test scenarios.

Each Test Case has steps, expected results and test data needs.

Support Test Case Validation with the Process Teams.

Help the Product Teams prepare and run the functional Dry Runs before SIT.

Log defects and retest fixes.

Prepare test sets and test data needs with the Process Teams.

Execute SIT Test Cases and record results and evidence.

Log defects, follow them up with the delivery teams and retest.

Be the first contact for testing questions from the Process Teams and Product Teams.

Report progress, defects and blockers to the C&A Test Managers.

Sign-Off stays with the Process Teams (SIT) and the Product Teams (Dry Runs).

Skills

Must have

bullet icon

5+ years of functional and E2E testing on ERP or retail transformation programs.

bullet icon

Experience testing and writing Test Cases for the fashion industry, ideally in assortment planning, buying, or merchandising.

Writes clear Test Cases from process documentation, with steps, expected results and test data.

bullet icon

Has executed SIT and worked closely with Business Users and Process Owners.

bullet icon

Defect management in Jira or a similar tool for ticketing and project management.

bullet icon

Clear Communication: Explains test results and defects in plain words to Business Users and Process Experts.

bullet icon

Collaboration: Works side by side with the Process Teams and Product Teams, and report to the Client's Test Managers.

Structure and Accuracy: Writes clear Test Cases and keeps test evidence complete.

Ownership: Acts as the first Point of Contact and follows each defect through to retest.
