As a UI developer, you will focus on business analysis on Murex domain to help deliver business values to real business by accomplish the requirement through development. You will understand different technology silos and the integration methodology within the Bank. You will be part of the team that constantly work on improving Murex3 Trading Platform to purchase best technical practice and business requirement satisfaction.
You should also work as a UI designer to clean and set up the UI related standard across different components to make sure the team has a well established standard of UI development.

Responsibilities

Direct communication with domain users for requirement gathering, discussion and documentation.

Understand the Business, functional and Technical requirement and specification, identify gap in the requirement to provide feedback and track to closure of the gap in requirement.

Work together with Murex Developer to complete the development in MX3 platform to realize the requirement from user, and also perform unit test.

Support SIT/UAT/DR and go live activities on project level.

Stakeholders engagement and the status reporting preparation.

Manage defect triage and correlate symptoms with likely causes.

General profile

Adequate English communication skills in writing and speaking in an English working environment.

Strong abilities on problem solving and constructive thinking, a quick learner.

Medium level knowledge in Murex platform, with business analysis experience in Financial Market.

A logical thinker in front of huge complexity and uncertainty.

Team player with proactive thinking and initiative to improve the entire team's efficiency and collaboration.

Enthusiastic about software quality engineering and its modern applied practices/tools.

Qualifications

2-5 years working experience in FinIT; experience with FM system migration projects is preferred.

2+ years working experience in a financial market technology department.

Strong front-end JavaScript developer with experience developing reusable components.

Excellent developer with good software design principles and the ability to write robust code and accompanying test suites.

Key technology skills: JavaScript, React, vue, Angular, HTML5, CSS.

Proven experience in UX/UI design, including wireframing, prototyping, and user research.

Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, usability, accessibility, and responsive design.

Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

Ability to create and maintain design systems and component libraries.

Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and gathering user feedback.

Exposure to container frameworks like Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, Helm.

Exposure to DevOps tools like Jenkins, SonarQube, Git, Bitbucket, Maven, Gradle, Ansible.

Familiarity with messaging frameworks like JMS/Kafka.

Ability to design and build smart, scalable solutions to tight deadlines.

Experience working in an agile development environment.

Self-starter who can drive/facilitate requirements and development effort.

Take ownership and responsibility for the full development lifecycle.

A team player, capable of engaging with other teams in Technology.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to summarize and advocate for UI/UX design principles within the team.

Experience collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centered solutions.
