Project description

Our client is advancing regulated, enterprise-grade distributed ledger solutions to support digital asset use‑cases, including custody, tokenization (fungible, non‑fungible, and hybrid), and stablecoin integrations across bank-grade environments. The program spans public and private DLT (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger Besu, Corda), enterprise security and privacy controls, and cloud‑native delivery (Azure/AWS/GCP). The DLT SME will help shape architecture, standards, and delivery of smart contracts, custody patterns (MPC/HSM, wallet policy engines), and observability within a highly regulated context.

Responsibilities
bullet icon

Architecture & Design:

bullet icon

Define DLT solution architectures across public/private chains (Ethereum, Hyperledger Besu, Corda) and align them with regulatory and enterprise standards.

bullet icon

Model custody architectures using MPC/HSM, wallet policy engines, and secure enclave patterns.

bullet icon

Smart Contract Engineering:

bullet icon

Lead Solidity development, reviews, secure coding practices, and on-chain/off-chain integration patterns.

bullet icon

Establish CI/CD for smart contracts, including test nets, audits, and controlled releases.

bullet icon

Tokenization & Integrations:

bullet icon

Design token models (fungible/NFT/hybrid), lifecycle management, and stablecoin integration patterns.

bullet icon

Define interoperability, bridging, and oracle strategies with appropriate risk controls.

bullet icon

Security & Privacy:

bullet icon

Implement security fundamentals: key management, hardware enclaves/HSM, and secure enclave usage.

bullet icon

Apply data‑privacy techniques (selective disclosure, ZK concepts) to meet compliance objectives.

bullet icon

Cloud‑Native Delivery:

bullet icon

Drive cloud-native implementation on Azure/AWS/GCP with Kubernetes, containers, Terraform, and secrets management.

bullet icon

Set up observability stacks (Prometheus/Grafana) and operational SLIs/SLOs for DLT components.

bullet icon

Governance & Standards:

bullet icon

Define standards, reference implementations, and best practices for DLT platforms in regulated environments.

bullet icon

Partner with Risk, Security, Compliance, and Audit to embed controls and evidence paths.

bullet icon

Stakeholder Engagement:

bullet icon

Collaborate with Solution Architects, PMs, and business owners; present designs and trade-offs to senior leadership.

bullet icon

Solidity proficiency with demonstrable smart‑contract build and delivery.

bullet icon

Hands-on knowledge of custody architectures: MPC/HSM, wallet policy engines.

bullet icon

Experience in asset tokenization and stablecoin integrations.

bullet icon

Strong cloud-native engineering: Azure/AWS/GCP, containers/Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, secrets management, observability (Prometheus/Grafana).

bullet icon
