About the Team
Financial Markets (FM) has expertise combined with deep local market knowledge to deliver a variety of risk management, financing and investment solutions to our clients. The FM team offers capabilities across origination, structuring, sales, trading and research. Offering a full suite of fixed income, currencies, commodities, equities and capital markets solutions, FM has firmly established itself as a trusted partner with extensive on-the-ground knowledge and deep relationships.
The successful candidate will be part of the global credit market Technology team covering Corporate Finance, Equities and Credit Trading working initially on Equities Trading platform delivery focusing Derivatives, and CBs for Transaction reporting and related downstream integration.

Ensure requirements are specified in a manner suitable for the intended audiences
understandable and unambiguous.
Manage requirements from initiation to closure by working with business stakeholders and technology delivery teams.
Identify and engage stakeholders, define Responsible/Accountable/Consulted/Informed (RACI) matrix suitable for the scope assigned.
Lead discussion with the project team to identify actions and steps required to achieve business goals and needs.
Develop Business Requirement as JIRA backlog, establish traceability to business vision and objectives, act as SME for users.
Obtain stakeholder buy-in and sign-off on business requirements.
Adhere to change management standards & procedures, including documenting and capturing all artefacts (Requirements, FSDs, Data Dictionaries, Signoffs, Minutes of meetings) required by project governance.

Core Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be a specialist across the entire banking process lifecycle, with deep knowledge of both Middle Office (MO) and Back Office (BO) operations, while also being able to effectively engage and challenge Front Office (Trader/FO) functions. Candidate should possess an engineering mindset and have experience delivering complex projects, ensuring they can operate effectively on platforms.
Professional Experience:
At least 8+ years of relevant experience in financial markets or corporate finance technology.
Experience & Strong Academic Background
Strong understanding of Equity and Derivatives products front-to-back, including booking logic, life-cycle events, and trade processing.
Proven experience delivering complex data-related projects (reference data, market data, trade/events/cash).
Hands-on experience in business analysis in an agile environment:
Gathering requirements and writing clear functional specifications / user stories.
Delivering interface analysis and data modelling.
Translating business problems into clear technical specifications and solutions.
Experience managing and removing impediments and providing proactive day-to-day support to users across key systems and interfaces.
Technical Skills:
Ability to quickly learn new systems/tools and understand technology and functional designs.
Strong expertise in data modelling, interface design, and database tools (SQL).
Proficient with Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint, Confluence.
Basic programming/development capabilities (Python, etc.) for ad-hoc analysis and tactical tool enhancements.
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on execution and delivering results.
Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong accountability and scope management.
Effective communication to highlight impediments, request support, and report progress to management.
Ability to work with a clear strategy, provide clarity, and facilitate discussions to reach consensus or business decisions.
