We are seeking a highly motivated Delivery Lead to join an established team and drive process improvement initiatives across a customer's organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process analysis, agile best practices, and testing, along with hands-on experience configuring and managing Atlassian Jira to support workflow automation and process governance.
The primary objective of this initiative is to simplify the customer's processes for introducing and certifying new technologies into a wireless carrier network, while finding ways to introduce automation to reduce time to market, reduce costs and drive efficiency improvements without sacrificing device quality.
A majority of the work will be Plano, TX

Responsibilities

Lead the facilitation of working session with delivery leads which baseline end-to-end processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into user stories for development teams.

Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.

Facilitate workshops sessions to promote process adoption and best practices.

Monitor and report on process performance metrics to demonstrate impact and drive continuous improvement.

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed in the Atlassian Jira users.

Drive end to end traceability from requirements through test validation and production releases

Partner with Product, Architecture, QA, DevOps, and Operations to align delivery with business objectives to ensure traceability

Identify delivery risks, technical debt, and process gaps; recommend pragmatic mitigation strategies

Mentor technical contributors, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Support release planning, change control, and go-live readiness for broadband products and platforms

Skills

Must have

8+ years of experience overseeing technical oriented projects with at least 3 years in working with software engineering teams

Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical detail into executive-level insights

Proven experience in defining and deploying a SDLC process (Agile, hybrid, or scaled Agile environments)

Experience integrating software and hardware delivery lifecycles

Experience leading CI/CD deployment with version control, branching strategies, and automated testing

Demonstrated ability to drive process maturity, change control, and release confidence

Experience with open-source software ecosystems and governance models

Working knowledge of cloud-native architectures, containerization, and DevOps practices

Leadership experience in large-scale software life-cycle management and cloud ecosystem transformations

Hands-on experience managing projects in Atlassian Jira software application.
